Description and features of Azaravo
Azaravo is a portable solar lamp in the shape of a clock, designed to serve as a decorative light source without a fixed installation. With a diameter of 39 x 44 cm, it is large enough to stand out on terraces, verandas, in gardens, or indoors, and it comes with a cord that allows you to attach and hang it from a suitable support. It is made of translucent white polyethylene. Thanks to this finish, the LED lighting causes the lamp to visually change when you use the different colors, while it has a neutral appearance when switched off and is easy to combine.
RGB light + white and remote control
Azaravo has a built-in 600-lumen LED with RGB lighting + white. With the included remote control, you can adjust the lighting mood and operate the lamp without having to access it directly once it is placed or hung. The lighting is intended to create an atmosphere and add color. You can use it for dinners, gatherings, in lounge areas, or at events where you want to alternate white light with RGB shades. The decorative effect is one of the most important features of the product and should not be confused with a general lighting solution for large spaces.
Charging via solar energy and via the power outlet
The lamp has a solar charging function and can also be charged electrically at 5 V. For that second option, a USB Type-C cable is included. The operating time on solar energy is between 2 and 6 hours. If you charge it electrically, the operating time can range from 6 to 36 hours. This difference shows how important it is to keep the two systems separate: the operating time depends on the charging method, the lighting mode, and the conditions of use.
Dusk sensor and use without installation
Azaravo has a dusk sensor, allowing it to turn on automatically when the ambient light decreases. This feature is convenient for outdoors, especially if you leave the lamp in a fixed place in the evening and at night. You do not need an installation at the place where you use it. With the cord, you can take the lamp with you or hang it, but if you hang it, you must attach it to a suitable and stable support. Thanks to the wireless system, you do not need to run a power cord to that location.
Indoor and outdoor use
The IP65 protection is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. This increases the possibilities of Azaravo on terraces, in gardens, on verandas, and in professional spaces, but also indoors where you are looking for a portable lamp with an unconventional design. To maintain the performance of the solar charger, it is advisable to keep the surface that receives the light clean and prevent it from being covered. The electrical connections must be protected during charging and used according to the product instructions.

When shipping outside the EU, import duties and local VAT may be charged by the customs of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

- If you order multiple products, your order may arrive in more than one package. You only pay shipping costs once.

Damaged package?
If the packaging is visibly damaged, take a photo before opening the package and report it to info@battery-lighting.com. We will resolve the issue free of charge.
Batteries and shipping
We ship products with lithium batteries according to the carrier's rules. For some products, shipping outside the EU is therefore not possible; this will be indicated on the product page.
Delay
If we are unable to deliver on time, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then cancel the order free of charge.

Returns in brief
- You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
- Report your return by email to info@battery-lighting.com within those 14 days, including your order number.
- Return the product within 14 days of reporting it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days via your original payment method.
How to return an item
- Report your return by email, including your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation with the return address.
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, with all parts, charger and cable.
- Send the package and keep your proof of postage.
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a store. If it has been used for an extended period, is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value. Products made to order at your request, such as light strings in a specific length, cannot be returned.
Broken or delivered incorrectly?
If a product is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please send a photo to info@battery-lighting.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Warranty
You are always entitled to a product that does what you can expect it to do. If it breaks within a reasonable period through no fault of your own, we will resolve the issue by repairing it, replacing it or refunding you. If the manufacturer offers an additional warranty, this will be stated with the product.
Batteries
Batteries gradually lose capacity with normal use, causing the operating time to become shorter over time. This is not a defect. If a battery clearly deteriorates faster than you would expect, please contact us.
No warranty in case of
- use contrary to the manual or charging with an unsuitable charger;
- outdoor use of a product not intended for that purpose (see the IP rating);
- fall or impact damage and self-performed repairs.

Not satisfied? Email your complaint with your order number to info@battery-lighting.com. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and respond in substance within 14 days.
