Description and features of Ricanavo Nature
Ricanavo Nature is a decorative floor lamp that is hand-woven from natural fibers, designed to add texture and an organic look to interiors and suitable outdoor spaces. With its dimensions of approximately Ø37 x 137 cm, it combines a sufficiently vertical appearance to stand out next to an outdoor sofa, armchair, or seating area, with a lampshade that looks light and artisanal. The natural fiber determines the character of the lamp, even when it is off. It is particularly well suited to wood, sand tones, light fabrics, and interiors with a Mediterranean, boho, or natural look. Because it is a handmade material, small variations may occur that are characteristic of the weaving and the nature of the fiber.
Ricanavo Nature with rechargeable battery
The rechargeable version is equipped with a portable 900-lumen LED light bulb with warm white light of 3000 K. The light source is attached with a magnetic base, allowing you to remove it to charge it and put it back without the need for a fixed installation on site. It operates on a 5 V rechargeable battery and lasts up to 20 hours. Includes a remote control to turn the lamp on and off and adjust the brightness, plus a USB Type-C connection to charge it. It does not have a solar charger or dusk sensor. This version has protection class IP54 and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Since no cord is needed during use, you can easily move it and place it on terraces, verandas, or relaxation areas where there is no power outlet nearby.
Ricanavo Nature with cord
The corded version operates on mains electricity between 220 and 240 V and has an E27 socket. No bulb is included, so you can choose a compatible bulb yourself, depending on the lighting effect you want to achieve. The cord has a jute-effect covering, a detail that visually matches the woven shade. This version has protection class IP54 and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use under a roof. It is suitable if the lamp remains in a fixed location and there is a power outlet nearby.
How do you choose the right version?
The rechargeable version is most suitable if you value freedom of placement, operation via a remote control, and a built-in light source with an autonomy of up to 20 hours. The corded version is more suitable if the lamp remains in a fixed location and you prefer to choose a compatible E27 bulb. In both cases, the natural fiber lampshade of Ricanavo Nature makes it a piece with a strong decorative element. You can use it in living rooms, covered terraces, hotels, restaurants, or lounge areas and combine it with other models from the Ricanavo series to maintain a cohesive style at different heights. To keep the lampshade in good condition, it is better not to use aggressive products or treatments that are not intended for natural fibers. The electrical components and connections must be treated according to the specific instructions of each version.

When shipping outside the EU, import duties and local VAT may be charged by the customs of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

- The expected delivery time is stated for each product.
- If you order multiple products, your order may arrive in more than one package. You only pay shipping costs once.

Damaged package?
If the packaging is visibly damaged, take a photo before opening the package and report it to info@battery-lighting.com. We will resolve the issue free of charge.
Batteries and shipping
We ship products with lithium batteries according to the carrier's rules. For some products, shipping outside the EU is therefore not possible; this will be indicated on the product page.
Delay
If we are unable to deliver on time, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then cancel the order free of charge.

Returns in brief
- You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
- Report your return by email to info@battery-lighting.com within those 14 days, including your order number.
- Return the product within 14 days of reporting it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days via your original payment method.
How to return an item
- Report your return by email, including your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation with the return address.
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, with all parts, charger and cable.
- Send the package and keep your proof of postage.
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a store. If it has been used for an extended period, is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value. Products made to order at your request, such as light strings in a specific length, cannot be returned.
Broken or delivered incorrectly?
If a product is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please send a photo to info@battery-lighting.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Warranty
You are always entitled to a product that does what you can expect it to do. If it breaks within a reasonable period through no fault of your own, we will resolve the issue by repairing it, replacing it or refunding you. If the manufacturer offers an additional warranty, this will be stated with the product.
Batteries
Batteries gradually lose capacity with normal use, causing the operating time to become shorter over time. This is not a defect. If a battery clearly deteriorates faster than you would expect, please contact us.
No warranty in case of
- use contrary to the manual or charging with an unsuitable charger;
- outdoor use of a product not intended for that purpose (see the IP rating);
- fall or impact damage and self-performed repairs.

Not satisfied? Email your complaint with your order number to info@battery-lighting.com. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and respond in substance within 14 days.
