Description and features of Roludano Mate
Roludano Mate is a long solar-powered string light designed to create a warm, atmospheric line of light in gardens, on terraces, balconies, along railings, trees, or pathways. With a length of 10 metres, you can illuminate large distances with a single unit, while the 100 matte-finish bulbs provide soft, even lighting.
The matte finish visually softens each light point, giving it a more subtle appearance than a clear bulb or one with a glass effect.

The string light has 100 built-in LEDs spread across 1000 cm. The large number of light points creates a continuous line of light without any single bulb being too bright.
The matte finish softens the lighting effect and is particularly suitable for atmospheric decorations on terraces, in gardens, and in recreational areas.
Very warm 1800 K light
Roludano Mate has a colour light temperature of 1800 K, a very warm, slightly orange hue reminiscent of candlelight.
This colour is particularly effective for outdoor dining, chill-out areas, events, or spaces where you want to create a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.
Solar power only
The unit is powered exclusively by solar energy. For optimal performance, the panel must be placed in a location that receives several hours of direct sunlight during the day and is free from permanent shade.
The illumination time can last up to 8 hours and depends on the amount of sunlight received, the position of the panel, and the weather conditions.
Dusk sensor and IP44
Roludano Mate has a dusk sensor, so it turns on automatically when ambient light levels decrease. It cannot be connected in series with another lamp.
It has an IP44 protection rating and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to its 10-metre length, you can illuminate railings, trees, pergolas, structures, and other large areas while maintaining a continuous aesthetic.
Before installation, it is useful to plan the route of the string light, the mounting points, and the placement of the solar panel. To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the surface of the solar panel clean, avoid pulling the cable too tightly, and space the mounting points evenly.

When shipping outside the EU, import duties and local VAT may be charged by the customs of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery time
- The expected delivery time is stated for each product.
- If you order multiple products, your order may arrive in more than one package. You only pay shipping costs once.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track-and-trace code.
Damaged package?
If the packaging is visibly damaged, take a photo before opening the package and report it to info@battery-lighting.com. We will resolve the issue free of charge.
Batteries and shipping
We ship products with lithium batteries according to the carrier's rules. For some products, shipping outside the EU is therefore not possible; this will be indicated on the product page.
Delay
If we are unable to deliver on time, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then cancel the order free of charge.

Returns in brief
- You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
- Report your return by email to info@battery-lighting.com within those 14 days, including your order number.
- Return the product within 14 days of reporting it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days via your original payment method.
How to return an item
- Report your return by email, including your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation with the return address.
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, with all parts, charger and cable.
- Send the package and keep your proof of postage.
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a store. If it has been used for an extended period, is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value. Products made to order at your request, such as light strings in a specific length, cannot be returned.
Broken or delivered incorrectly?
If a product is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please send a photo to info@battery-lighting.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Warranty
You are always entitled to a product that does what you can expect it to do. If it breaks within a reasonable period through no fault of your own, we will resolve the issue by repairing it, replacing it or refunding you. If the manufacturer offers an additional warranty, this will be stated with the product.
Batteries
Batteries gradually lose capacity with normal use, causing the operating time to become shorter over time. This is not a defect. If a battery clearly deteriorates faster than you would expect, please contact us.
No warranty in case of
- use contrary to the manual or charging with an unsuitable charger;
- outdoor use of a product not intended for that purpose (see the IP rating);
- fall or impact damage and self-performed repairs.
Complaints
Not satisfied? Email your complaint with your order number to info@battery-lighting.com. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and respond in substance within 14 days.
