Description and features of Virenaro
Virenaro is a cordless pendant lamp that is handmade from natural fibers. Its size of Ø35 x 35 cm combines a balanced appearance with a warm, organic look. Perfect for interiors, terraces, verandas, dining areas, and commercial spaces where you want to create a hanging light source without needing an electrical outlet in the ceiling.
The natural fiber lampshade provides texture even when the lamp is off and is particularly well suited to wood, sand tones, light fabrics, and Mediterranean or boho-style interiors. Because the material is handmade, small variations may occur due to the weaving and the nature of the fiber.
Warm 900-lumen light
Virenaro comes with a rechargeable 900-lumen LED bulb with warm white 3000 K light. You can control the lighting with the included remote control, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit the atmosphere without having to reach the lamp once it is hanging. This combination allows you to use a softer light intensity to create a relaxed atmosphere, or provide more light if you want to make the light source a bit brighter. The lamp is primarily intended for ambient lighting and decoration, for example above tables, bars, or conversation areas.
Rechargeable battery and up to 20 hours of battery life
The lamp runs on a rechargeable 5 V battery and lasts up to 20 hours. It includes a USB to Micro-USB charging cable. It does not have a solar charger or twilight sensor, so charging and turning it on is entirely up to you. Because no cord is needed during use, you can install it in places where you would need a fixed electrical outlet for a traditional pendant lamp. This offers more possibilities on terraces, under pergolas, in gardens, at events, or indoors, where you do not want to do any electrical work.
3-meter cable and flexible suspension
Virenaro comes with a 3-meter cable, allowing you to adjust the hanging height to the space. The lamp must always be hung from a suitable and stable support, as the lack of an electrical connection does not mean that a safe, physical attachment is unnecessary. Due to its size, you can place one lamp on a table or combine multiple lamps to create compositions at different heights. For restoration projects or in the hospitality industry, you can use multiple units to maintain a uniform appearance without changing the ceiling installation.
Indoor and outdoor use
Virenaro has an IP54 protection rating and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. This means you can use it on terraces, verandas, and other suitable outdoor spaces, as well as in dining rooms and indoor spaces. To keep the shade and light source in good condition, it is advisable to avoid harsh products that may damage the fiber and to protect the connections during charging. The battery and remote control must be used according to the product instructions to maintain performance and service life.

When shipping outside the EU, import duties and local VAT may be charged by the customs of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

- The expected delivery time is stated for each product.
- If you order multiple products, your order may arrive in more than one package. You only pay shipping costs once.

Damaged package?
If the packaging is visibly damaged, take a photo before opening the package and report it to info@battery-lighting.com. We will resolve the issue free of charge.
Batteries and shipping
We ship products with lithium batteries according to the carrier's rules. For some products, shipping outside the EU is therefore not possible; this will be indicated on the product page.
Delay
If we are unable to deliver on time, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then cancel the order free of charge.

Returns in brief
- You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
- Report your return by email to info@battery-lighting.com within those 14 days, including your order number.
- Return the product within 14 days of reporting it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days via your original payment method.
How to return an item
- Report your return by email, including your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation with the return address.
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, with all parts, charger and cable.
- Send the package and keep your proof of postage.
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a store. If it has been used for an extended period, is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value. Products made to order at your request, such as light strings in a specific length, cannot be returned.
Broken or delivered incorrectly?
If a product is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please send a photo to info@battery-lighting.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Warranty
You are always entitled to a product that does what you can expect it to do. If it breaks within a reasonable period through no fault of your own, we will resolve the issue by repairing it, replacing it or refunding you. If the manufacturer offers an additional warranty, this will be stated with the product.
Batteries
Batteries gradually lose capacity with normal use, causing the operating time to become shorter over time. This is not a defect. If a battery clearly deteriorates faster than you would expect, please contact us.
No warranty in case of
- use contrary to the manual or charging with an unsuitable charger;
- outdoor use of a product not intended for that purpose (see the IP rating);
- fall or impact damage and self-performed repairs.
Complaints
Not satisfied? Email your complaint with your order number to info@battery-lighting.com. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and respond in substance within 14 days.
