Description and features
The Zagalavo is a cordless lighting solution that allows you to create hanging light points without being dependent on a fixed electrical installation. The lamp can be used both indoors and on terraces, in gardens, during events or in professional spaces, as long as the conditions of the IP54 protection rating are taken into account.
The Zagalavo is equipped with a rechargeable 900-lumen LED light source with 3000 K warm white light. The lamp has three lighting modes and a remote control, so you can easily adjust the brightness to the atmosphere or the moment of use.
The battery offers a usage time of up to 20 hours and is electrically charged at 5 V with the included USB–Micro-USB cable. The lamp does not offer charging via solar energy and does not have a twilight sensor.
With dimensions of Ø43.5 × 30.5 cm, the Zagalavo has a larger volume than other hanging lamps from the same series, such as the Torolaro. In addition, the lamp is supplied with 3 meters of suspension cord, with which the height can be adjusted.

When shipping outside the EU, import duties and local VAT may be charged by the customs of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery time
- The expected delivery time is stated for each product.
- If you order multiple products, your order may arrive in more than one package. You only pay shipping costs once.
Track and trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track-and-trace code.
Damaged package?
If the packaging is visibly damaged, take a photo before opening the package and report it to info@battery-lighting.com. We will resolve the issue free of charge.
Batteries and shipping
We ship products with lithium batteries according to the carrier's rules. For some products, shipping outside the EU is therefore not possible; this will be indicated on the product page.
Delay
If we are unable to deliver on time, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then cancel the order free of charge.

Returns in brief
- You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
- Report your return by email to info@battery-lighting.com within those 14 days, including your order number.
- Return the product within 14 days of reporting it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days via your original payment method.
How to return an item
- Report your return by email, including your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation with the return address.
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, with all parts, charger and cable.
- Send the package and keep your proof of postage.
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a store. If it has been used for an extended period, is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value. Products made to order at your request, such as light strings in a specific length, cannot be returned.
Broken or delivered incorrectly?
If a product is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please send a photo to info@battery-lighting.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Warranty
You are always entitled to a product that does what you can expect it to do. If it breaks within a reasonable period through no fault of your own, we will resolve the issue by repairing it, replacing it or refunding you. If the manufacturer offers an additional warranty, this will be stated with the product.
Batteries
Batteries gradually lose capacity with normal use, causing the operating time to become shorter over time. This is not a defect. If a battery clearly deteriorates faster than you would expect, please contact us.
No warranty in case of
- use contrary to the manual or charging with an unsuitable charger;
- outdoor use of a product not intended for that purpose (see the IP rating);
- fall or impact damage and self-performed repairs.

Not satisfied? Email your complaint with your order number to info@battery-lighting.com. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and respond in substance within 14 days.
